Free fishing!

today was free fishing day in arizona. i'm not quite sure that free fishing does it justice. really what it is, is a day where you can fish without a license. so dave, thomas and sammy went fishing at willow springs.

Kida, kida, kida

here is my baby girl at 12 weeks. and most of you won't get this but she's curling her foot under in true heaton fashion!

i gave her this bone shaped biscuit in hopes that she would totally love it. but she doesn't. she chews on it til it crumbles, spits the pieces out and starts all over again...

she gets so excited when he comes home. i think she gets tired of being with me all day.

here she is on the porch. she loves the porch, because there is no shortage of crunchy leaves and seed pods for her to chew on and make messes on my carpet.

she it totally goofy. she is always changing positions when she sleeps (like parents like daughter) and we have to giggle when she sleeps on her back.

Bulb...

So after i totaled my sweet little car, i found myself longing for something. So i made dave buy me some pots and potting soil and i planted some flowers and a bulb. The bulb took 2 months to poke through the soil. Here it is from beginning til now...

I don't know if you can tell but about a week ago i discovered this magical little thing on my camera called "macro mode". so as it starts out my pictures are blurry. and then i discovered macro and they got tons better!

I'm thinking that these two little spokes are going to be flowers and i'm really excited!!
